Driving sales growth and business acceleration: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive sustainable business growth within assigned accounts/territories. Identify new business opportunities and expand product penetration across key healthcare stakeholders (hospitals, clinics, pharmacies). Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Deliver on revenue, volume, and profitability targets aligned with organizational objectives. Managing key therapeutic area accounts, in a complex multi-regional environment: Guaranteeing an adequate promotional effort, according to Company's expectations Navigating through hospitals and referral networks, mapping relevant stakeholders within each Account Outlining overall Account needs as well as individual stakeholder needs Making Account plan for each account managed,



to assure appropriate use of Angelini's products and demand Support market access related activities in accordance with the segregation of duties model Working closely with key therapeutic area Accounts, identifying opportunities for partnership programs Developing relationships with relevant Stakeholders: Representing Angelini as a Company towards the various relevant professional stakeholders within the therapeutic area space and establish Angelini's commitment in medical treatment Building relationships with all relevant stakeholders within defined territory through regular ongoing interactions, in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements Leverage all available channels (traditional and digital) ensuring a full multichannel orchestration, tailored on customer's needs Cross collaboration: Working closely with Medical, Marketing, Access, and other personnel to enhance physician scientific
