OverviewSupport the team in all activities related to the processing of reclaimable and recoverable claims, learn Ayvens processes for recovering insurance credit, and participate in managing large events that may result in insurance recoveries.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate on the verification of active claims assigned to legal teams for recovery.Collaborate on the verification of proper assignment of FCM claims and monitor recovery of insurance credit.Verify and manage the portfolio of FNI claims and send documentation to clients.Participate in managing exchanges of information and documentation with insurance companies.Support management of relationships and information exchanges with partner legal offices.Collaborate on registering checks and bank transfers received as compensation for claims.Manage complaints and information requests received from clients and/or drivers (CRM).QualificationsDiploma or degree in technical, economic, scientific, or humanities disciplines.Good knowledge of the Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). xrdztoy Excellent interpersonal skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
