You'll be joining over 300 engineers across software development, infrastructure, operations and security. What You'll Do Define and drive the technical roadmap,



ensuring alignment with business priorities for a team of 3 to 6 engineers Take ownership of architectural decisions, overseeing implementation while ensuring maintainability, reliability, scalability, and security. Support the development team in delivering high-impact initiatives on time. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, while maintaining an engaging and motivating work environment. Have fun. What We're Looking For A strong technical background with 5+ years of hands‐on development experience, Python knowledge preferred 2+ years in a leadership role, managing engineering teams, overseeing development processes, and driving technical decisions.
