As an Assistant Bar Manager, you will elevate service and ensure flawless execution. Creating unforgettable experiences for our guests is at the forefront of this role as you partner with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar, supervising bar staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies, maintaining a high level of customer service, and following responsible alcohol service practices. Provide excellent customer service by interacting with patrons, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience at the bar. Implement and enforce quality control measures for beverage preparation, presentation,



and service to maintain consistent standards. Assist in budgeting and financial management, monitoring sales, controlling costs. Resolve issues and address guests concerns promptly to maintain a positive customer experience. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong planning and organizational skills. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high operational standards. Superior professional appearance, polished manner, and strong interpersonal skills suited to a fast-paced team environment. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
