Oplu is retained on a newly created appointment for a warm, private, international UHNW family.
The Director of Residences & Operations will take full ownership of a portfolio of private residences across Italy. Household operations, staff management, contractor relationships, active renovation oversight, and the coordination of a three-nanny childcare team.
Systems are currently fragmented. Building the household operational bible from scratch is one of the earliest priorities. This is not a step-up role.
The brief
- Multi-property private household experience at UHNW level
- Renovation or refurbishment project oversight
- EU right to work
- Fluent English and Italian
- French a strong advantage
