RINA is currently recruiting for a Real Estate PropTech Operations Software Business Analyst to join its office in Roma within the Real Estate General Management Division. Mission The primary responsibility of a Software Business Analyst is to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, while also facilitating effective communication between business and technical teams throughout the development lifecycle. The goal is to collect and document customer requirements, collaborate with software developers, and manage the testing and implementation phases of new software at customer premises. They also support the project management of the software project. Key Accountabilities Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new software development projects.



Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit and clarify requirements. Documentation: Create detailed and comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases. Ensure that requirements are clear, complete, and align with business goals. Communication and Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, facilitating communication and understanding between the two. Collaborate with software developers to ensure a shared understanding of project requirements. Requirement Analysis: Analyze and prioritize requirements to identify critical features and functionalities. Work with stakeholders to resolve conflicting requirements and prioritize based on business value. Project Planning: Contribute to project planning activities, collaborating with project managers to define scope, timelines, and resource requirem
