The Mission We are looking for a dynamic, detail‐oriented Field Excellence Specialist to join our team in Milan In this role,
you will be the driving force behind best‐in‐class in‐store execution across Venchi's Department Stores and Traditional Wholesale channels. You will translate brand guidelines, commercial priorities and marketing strategies into consistent, high‐quality store performance, ensuring every consumer experiences Venchi at its finest. You will work closely with Wholesale, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, R&D;, and Operations, acting as the key connector between strategy and field execution.
