RoleWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT to join our IT team. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates wishing to build a career in Information Technology and gain hands-on experience in technical support, systems administration and networking providing first-line technical support to end users, supporting IT infrastructure maintenance, and with continuous contribution for the improvement of IT services across the organization.ResponsibilitiesProvide first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues;Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems reported by end users;Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops,
