Join Hong Leong Bank as a Branch Operations lead focused on delivering superior service at the branch, ensuring accurate end‐of‐day transactions, and maintaining strong internal controls. You will coach tellers and customer service staff, oversee daily branch activities, and drive process improvements while engaging with the community. The role supports fraud prevention, compliance, and efficient staffing, within a digitally‐enabled, customer‐centric bank. Retribuzione / Benefits Champion service performance at the branch (queue management, complaint handling, customer experience) Approve, review and audit teller and related branch financial transactions (end‐of‐day checking, balancing, reconciliation) to prevent/detect fraud and errors Staff capacity planning (leave administration and relief arrangements)



Ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures Conduct self‐audit checks diligently Provide relief functions as needed (BM) Oversee day‐to‐day activities of subordinate tellers and customer service executives Train and coach tellers and customer service executives Represent the bank in community relationship building Process improvement and cost‐reduction initiatives Responsabilità Minimum xrdztoy Diploma/Degree holder SPM/STPM with related working experience Service‐oriented mindset Strong cross‐selling experience Banking operations knowledge (FSA, ECM, ABM Rules, BASEL II) Good interpersonal and communication skills Strong organization and planning skills Related working experience in Branch Banking Operations Certification/licensing: PCE (general) and PCE (life) #J-18808-Ljbffr
