We are seeking a talented Asset Management Analyst to join our Asset Management Center‐South Italy of Generali Real Estate S.p.A.The new joiner will be in charge of the following activities:Identification and implementation of Real Estate development strategiesPreparation and finalization of business plans, cash flow, scenario simulations for individual assets, sensitivity analysis on portfolios or individual assetsCoordination of Project Management, Property Management and Agency activitiesCoordination of rental activities for vacant spaces and/or renegotiation of leased spaces through the internal functions of Letting and external Real Estate brokerage companiesReporting activities regarding the performance of the assets in the PortfolioMonitoring of assigned performance targetsSupport to the Accounting function regarding the accounting of costs and revenues of portfolios and the analysis of deviations between planned budgets and final budgets, acquiring, over time, more and more autonomyRequirementsDegree in Engineering,
