The Role We're seeking a Distribution Business Manager to own the operational excellence of our European distribution partnerships. Think of it as being the relationship owner for our distribution channels—ensuring smooth volume business execution, operational compliance, and high‑quality distributor performance.
Your day‑to‑day: Distributor operational QBRs, volume business operations management, distributor operational enablement programs, compliance monitoring, and cross‑functional coordination with partner data teams, program teams, and marketing teams.
We plan to have our European Distribution Strategy fully rolled out in 2H2026. While we ramp up, you will also work closely with our Partner Account Management team but with a laser focus on distributo
