This is a full-time on-site role located in Florence for a Sales Assistant. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers, providing excellent service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Daily tasks include managing product displays, processing transactions, maintaining organization of the store, and supporting the sales team in achieving goals.



The role is an integral part of creating a welcoming and customer-centric environment.

Strong Interpersonal Skills and an ability to connect with diverse customers
Proficiency in Customer Service and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction
Exceptional Communication and Sales skills to effectively manage interactions and achieve sales goals
Strong Organization Skills to manage inventory, displays, and store layout efficiently
Positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to different retail scenarios
Prior retail or sales experience is a plus
Proficiency in Italian; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
