About the Role
As part of our ongoing growth in the Italian Project & Cost Management team, Cumming Group is seeking a forward-thinking Senior Project Manager in Sardinia, Italy . Someone with expertise in the hotel and hospitality sectors. You will play a key role in expanding our Italian portfolio, with a particular focus on the refurbishment and repositioning of existing hotels and the development new build hotel properties. We are interested in candidates who are passionate about the hospitality industry, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and possess a strong track record of project delivery.
The role of a Senior Project Manager Includes the following responsibilities:
Provide Project Management services through pre and post contract process




To support business objectives of delivering value for money in all circumstances
To carry out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and procedures
Take personal responsibility for complying with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards
Work with senior members of staff to gather market testing data of key elements for the developments
Provide assistance on general project management tasks such as meeting minutes, dashboard reporting, risk management etc.
Prepare and assist with the preparation and issuing tender documents, evaluations, contract documentations and reports
Prepare and assist with the production of cost reports and cost forecasting
Advising and liaising with internal project and cost control team
Key Attributes:
Degree qualified in Project Manager or similar technical discipline
Ideally a minimum of 4+ years' experience of working in the Hospitality industry
