Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead a high‐performing regional Customer Solutions organization across Spain, Italy, Portugal and Greece, delivering consistent service experiences and driving process excellence. You will adapt global standards to local realities, manage cross‐border teams, and sponsor transformation initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction. The position blends hands‐on operations with strategic leadership to enable regional and enterprise objectives. You will shape the region's customer experience through continuous improvement and strong partner engagement.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Oversee end‐to‐end customer service operations across Spain, Italy, Portugal and Greece, including order management, returns, escalations, and SLA performance; act as senior escalation point for the South region
- Cultivate relationships with key commercial partners and strategic accounts; represent Customer Solutions in commercial and supply chain settings and support critical customer issues
- Drive operational excellence by standardizing processes,



reducing manual touchpoints, and improving interaction and transaction efficiency
- Ensure governance and regulatory compliance (including SOX where relevant); manage risk controls and business continuity planning
- Lead people management for the Customer Solutions team: recruit, coach, develop leaders, conduct performance conversations, and plan retention and succession
- Sponsor transformation and continuous improvement initiatives (digital CX, automation, process harmonization, AI); tailor global tools to local market needs
- Manage local and cross‐site strategic projects (technology rollouts, supply chain initiatives, process redesign) and apply Lean/CI methods to fix operational problems
