On behalf of an internationally renowned High Jewellery & High Luxury Maison , we are exclusively recruiting a City Manager to oversee and elevate the performance of its boutique network across Milan.
This is a unique opportunity to join one of the world's most iconic luxury brands, recognised for its heritage, craftsmanship and uncompromising standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial and operational performance of the Milan boutique network, ensuring the achievement of sales, profitability and client experience objectives.
- Inspire, coach and develop Store Managers, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability and high performance.
- Guarantee the highest standards of luxury retail execution, ensuring consistency in client experience, visual presentation and operational excellence across all boutiques.
- Analyse business performance through KPIs, identifying opportunities and implementing strategic action plans to maximise growth.
- Drive talent acquisition, succession planning and people development, building high-performing retail leadership teams.




- Support boutique openings and strategic retail projects, ensuring flawless execution and alignment with Maison standards.
- Partner closely with corporate stakeholders to execute commercial strategies and continuously enhance business performance.
- Champion product knowledge, luxury selling behaviours and clienteling excellence through coaching and continuous development.

Ideal Profile
- 5+ years of experience in a multi-store or area management role within the high luxury retail sector.
- Previous experience within High Jewellery, Watches & Jewellery or Luxury Fashion is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire and develop high-performing retail teams.
- Strong commercial acumen combined with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent analytical, organisational and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
