About The Job
We are looking for a transformative Director of IT who will be responsible for shaping and nurturing a workplace culture that attracts, inspires, and supports colleagues at every stage of their journey. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the property's IT strategy, ensuring alignment with operational goals, guest experience standards, and long‐term business objectives.
- Oversee the daily operation and security of all IT systems, including network infrastructure, servers, PMS, POS, telephony, Wi‐Fi, and guest‐facing technologies.
