In this role, you ensure regulatory alignment for online concessions across Flutter Italy brands, with a focus on ADM requirements. You manage documentation, coordinate with ADM and SOGEI, and support cross‐functional initiatives such as product approvals and responsible gaming programs. You drive robust compliance through internal controls, cross‐brand coordination, and timely submissions. This is a hands‐on, impact‐focused position at a leading gaming group shaping regulatory excellence in a dynamic market. Retribuzione / Benefits Ensure adherence to regulatory controls and improve efficiency of online regulatory procedures Collaborate with Finance, Product, Legal, Tech and other teams to design and operate internal controls Coordinate with II level compliance for reporting activities (narratives, Control Matrix)



Lead cross‐brand projects for launching new products and initiatives ensuring licensor compliance Maintain ADM concession obligations across Flutter Italy online brands Manage regulatory documentation, portal updates, and internal records Monitor SLAs and KPIs, elevate risks when necessary Standardize cross‐brand procedures and define new online licensing policies Provide compliance feedback on marketing campaigns per local regulations and risk frameworks Prepare gap analyses and qualitative assessments to support new procedures implementation Responsabilità Regulatory compliance experience in online gaming or highly regulated sectors Strong understanding of Italian concession frameworks and ADM/SOGEI environments xrdztoy Ability to manage complex documentation and regulatory submissions accurately and on time Excellent communication and cross‐functional coordination skills Analytical, detail‐oriented, well‐organized Fluent in Italian and English Requisiti fondamentali Permanent contract Hybrid work Meal
