Own delivery and implementation after initial setup using Prince 2 and Agile
Collaborate with senior management of public, social, and healthcare sector clients to provide impactful solutions
Identify value‑creation opportunities and drive business transformation projects
Lead service redesign, governance and process management initiatives, and organizational changes




Translate strategic objectives into practical implementation initiatives and goals
Plan and deliver projects and ensure sustained benefits after project closure
Manage cross‑functional stakeholder engagement and ensure quality and ethics in delivery
Responsabilità
~ Masters degree in Business, Economics or Engineering
~2+ years of professional experience in delivering and implementing digital transformation projects in the public sector or public healthcare sector
~ Solid understanding of project management delivery using tools/methods including MS Project, Prince 2, Agile or similar
~ Highly analytical
~ Excellent conceptual problem‑solving skills
~ Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit, dedication and creativity
~ Ability to adapt communication style for diverse stakeholders
~ Fluent in English and Italian
