Experteer Overview In this Finance Controller role, you will oversee financial operations, reporting, and control for the Italian region across multiple schools. You will partner with school leadership and central finance to ensure robust governance, accurate reporting, and strategic support. You will drive performance monitoring, budgeting, and timely management accounts in a fast-growing, international environment. You will join a dynamic finance team embedded in a mission-driven organization.Oversee financial reporting across multiple schools in the Italian region
Support budgeting and forecasting with ownership on revenue lines
Monitor financial performance to identify risks and improvement opportunities
Drive continuous improvements and efficiencies across finance processesEnsure robust financial governance and internal controls are maintained
Significant experience in a Finance Controller or similar role
Experience managing multi-entity or regional finance operations
Good understanding of balance sheet mechanics and monthly reconciliations
Fluent English; Italian strongly preferred
Legal right to live and work in Italy
