And the ability to create value through this is our goal. Who we are looking for: We are looking for a Junior PMO – Operations to join our Operations organization, based at our Padova headquarters. The role will report to a Senior PMO and will work closely with the COO organization. As a PMO Junior, you will be responsible for:



Support the planning, execution and monitoring of Operations projects, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring effective tracking of timelines, deliverables and follow‐up actions. Use and contribute to the evolution of PMO and collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Mural/Miro, Microsoft 365) to enhance team efficiency and project visibility. Support the governance of the End‐to‐End Planning Tool implementation, working closely with Business, IT and external partners. Prepare dashboards, project updates and executive materials for Steering Committees and leadership meetings. Contribute to the understanding and continuous improvement of Operations and Planning processes. You are the person we are looking for if: You hold a degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Operations, ICT or similar fields. You have 1–3 years of experience in PMO, Operations, Consulting or Digital Transformation roles. You
