Join our dedicated team as a Youth Residential Supervisor in Nixa, Missouri, where you will guide, support, and lead our Therapeutic and Lead Therapeutic Specialists while ensuring a smooth operation of our Youth Residential therapeutic milieu.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct and indirect supervision to staff and young people in the home.Conduct evaluations and assessments to support staff development.Monitor and provide feedback on staff implementation of treatment plans and program guidelines.Facilitate purposeful activities and interactions to meet the social and emotional needs of young people.Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all activities and interactions.Actively participate in treatment team meetings to foster a safe and therapeutic environment.Manage staff schedules, approve absences,
