PROT. LEGGE 68/99) will play a key role in supporting the Inside Sales team in developing new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the optimization of sales strategies. The role combines lead generation, contact management, and operational sales support,



with a strong focus on leveraging digital and innovative tools to enhance commercial effectiveness. Responsibilities Build trust and collaborative relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements, promoting offered services, and ensuring long-lasting commercial relationships. Play a central role in the lead generation process by contacting potential customers, both inbound and outbound, and developing opportunities arising from marketing and sales events. Generate interest and engagement among prospects through personalized messages, using various communication channels (email, phone, social media). Collaborate with the Sales team to share best practices, identify improvement opportunities, and support the adoption of innovative strategies and tools.
