As Marketing Executive for Italy, you will be responsible for ensuring the organisation achieves its commercial objectives of maximising occupancy and revenue for assets in Italy through the execution of the Marketing Plans agreed to and approved by the company. Your responsibilities include setting up and managing day‐to‐day marketing activities, and taking guidance from the Marketing Team. You will show initiative to research and ensure that each activity is directed, effective and strategic. This role is pivotal to the success of our business in Italy, covering marketing across current and new buildings and cities, trade shows and fairs coordination, copywriting and translations, adaptation of digital and offline advertising materials to the needs of the Italian market, assisting with the customer experience programme –namely Community Life– purchase and record‐keeping of orders,



and supporting the Marketing & Development Teams wherever required. This role will work with the Madrid head office team and the local team to produce an effective sales and marketing strategy, drive new initiatives, and reach occupancy targets. You will be detail‐oriented, an excellent multi‐tasker, and confident working independently on projects. Key Responsibilities Assist the Marketing Team with conducting market research to identify market requirements for current and future products, including monitoring and analysing market trends, studying competitors' products and services, and supporting day‐to‐day marketing tasks and projects. Support the distribution of promotional and printed materials in Italy, coordinating with headquarters. Scope and implement in‐house and external marketing campaigns alongside the Marketing team. Generate purchase orders and manage the invoicing system as appropriate, under the
