Position Summary We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to support cold chain and refrigeration customers across Italy. This highly application‐focused role requires strong understanding of refrigeration systems and customer applications. Key Responsibilities Act as a technical interface between customers, OEM R&D; teams and internal engineering functions, supporting projects from specification and system design through commissioning and lifecycle support. Support the internal NPD process and act as the central technical contact between OEM R&D; teams and internal engineering teams. Create, structure and maintain high‐quality technical documentation supporting field applications.
Provide technical support during specification and refrigeration system design activities. Assist customers in selecting appropriate refrigeration and HVAC equipment based on technical and operational requirements. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support throughout the sales process. Deliver ongoing technical support throughout the product lifecycle. Support implementation, commissioning and troubleshooting of refrigeration systems. Build strong relationships with high‐profile customers through regular engagement and customer visits. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging refrigeration technologies. Collaborate internally with other Technical Sales Engineers to share technical knowledge and field experience. For senior‐level profiles, participate in account planning sessions and identify upsell and cross‐sell opportunities. Required Skills & Qualifications Exp
