Within the GHO People & Organization function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team. Working alongside the business leaders, understanding the business needs and developing tailored HR solutions
Supporting managers on all HR‐related matters, including recruitment, performance management, talent development, and conflict management
Ensuring correct HC planning, balancing business needs and cost constraints within the overall target HC agreed
Analyzing HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Ensuring compliance with labour regulations and company policies
Ensuring local implementation of centrally designed Group projects supported by the relevant COE
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Data Management/Data Analytics or Communications
At least 3‐5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or as a specialist within a Center of Excellence in HR & Organization
Proven ability to work on projects as a Project Manager
