We're looking for a structured and proactive Treasury Manager to join our Treasury team, and reporting directly to the Head of Treasury. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring effective cash management, financial risk mitigation, and treasury operations in a dynamic and international environment. What you'll do Manage monthly cash flow reporting (short-term, rolling forecast, and budget). Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting, including variance analysis vs actuals and budget. Coordinate with Corporate Treasury to ensure alignment on processes and strategies. Monitor and oversee payment activities and cash movements. Support the development and implementation of financial risk mitigation strategies. Contribute to the definition of F/X hedging frameworks. Manage bank guarantees and related requests. Build and maintain relationships with domestic and international banking partners. Administer online banking platforms,
including access and control management. Support treasury projects, including TMS maintenance and integration of new entities. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards. What we're looking for Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or related fields At least 5 years of experience in Treasury within international environments. Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across functions and geographies. Fluent English (written and spoken) Nice to have Experience in complex, multi-entity or international organizations. Exposure to treasury transformation or system implementation projects.
