As a Warehouse Manager , you will lead all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment while maintaining the highest standards of safety, operational excellence, and productivity. Key Responsibilities Develop warehouse strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. Design warehouse operational standards, annual operating plans, and management systems. Plan warehouse layouts and equipment configurations. Drive warehouse standardization, digital transformation,
and smart warehouse initiatives to continuously improve operational efficiency. End-to-End Warehouse Operations Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, cycle counting, picking, packing, and order fulfillment. Monitor key operational KPIs, including inventory accuracy, stock turnover, productivity, and service performance. Optimize workflows, warehouse processes, and resource allocation to improve operational efficiency while reducing errors and inventory losses. Analyze warehouse cost structures, including labor, equipment, and facility utilization. Develop and implement cost optimization initiatives without compromising operational quality. Promote process improvements, Lean methodologies, and warehouse automation solutions. Monitor labor productivity and warehouse space utilization to continuously improve operational performance.
