Responsabilità del lavoro Areas Of Responsibilities And Related Activities Oversee and mitigate quality risks associated with new product development. Lead quality validation gates during the development process, including risk analysis and action plan definition during industrialization phase. Collaborate with HQ to create the Acceptance Books for new products, outlining quality criteria. Validate industrialization of new products.



STRATEGY and KEY TASKS Integrate quality considerations early in the product development cycle to prevent issues. Contribute to the Plant continuous improvement of product development processes from a quality perspective. Manage the training of supplier before launch in order to clarify work instructions and quality costumer criteria. Profilo Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and quality gates. Proficiency in risk assessment and mitigation techniques (e.g., FMEA). Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‐functional teams (design, marketing, engineering). Experience in creating technical documentation, such as Acceptance Books.
