Accountabilities Develop and execute the overall creative marketing strategy to maximize paid traffic performance across multiple digital products. Lead the creation of high-performing advertising concepts and oversee the full production lifecycle from ideation to final creative assets. Manage, mentor, and grow the Creative Marketing team, fostering collaboration, motivation, and professional development. Coordinate workflows and production schedules to ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
