To create a more balanced set of skills and experience, we're actively recruiting both mid-level and senior backend developers.Roles AvailableMid-Level Backend Developer: You have a couple of years of experience and are looking to grow your skills in a dynamic setting.Senior Backend Developer: You have a proven track record and substantial expertise, ready to take a leadership role in the execution of our tech roadmap.You will be working with and learning from the original developers of the ShipIntel AIS real-time analytics pipeline.



We expect you to bring a hunger for learning and the experience required to work independently or even guide others, depending on the role you apply for.Qualifications We Are Looking ForAt least 2 years of experience working on a development team delivering cloud based softwareExperience with some of the common CI or CD toolsExperience with Azure and/or KubernetesExperience with the Go programming language, or sufficiently broad language skills to pick it up quicklyHunger to learn and improveFor the senior role you should have at least 5 years of relevant experience.Who We AreMaritime Optima AS was established in 2018 and came into operation in May 2019.
