About Our Client Highly recognizable and historically significant sports brand. Manage end‐to‐end planning and execution of large‐scale infrastructure and real‐estate projects.
Oversee feasibility, design management, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning activities.
Coordinate and manage all third‐party contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, permitting, health & safety, and environmental standards.
Manage supplier selection and procurement processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance management.
Monitor budgets, timelines, risk, and quality (QA/QC), ensuring efficient delivery and cost control.
Establish and manage Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) strategies and long‐term infrastructure planning.
Oversee day‐to‐day facilities operations (security, catering, cleaning, maintenance, FOH) across all assets.
Ensure readiness and compliance with Emergency Action Plans (EAP) and Normal Operating Procedures (NOP).
Interface with local authorities and key stakeholders,



ensuring strong alignment and smooth approvals.
Report to senior governance, providing regular updates on progress, financials, and risks.
Promote sustainability initiatives, including energy optimisation, waste reduction, and environmental compliance (e.g., Apply tools and systems (e.g., Oracle FM, CFG standards) to infrastructure management.
Proven track record delivering complex capital projects from the client side.
Experience managing large, multidisciplinary external teams and contractors.
Strong expertise in contract management, procurement, and budget control.
Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks, compliance, and stakeholder engagement with public authorities.
Ability to operate effectively in lean structures with high accountability.
Excellent communication skills, with confidence interacting with C‐level stakeholders.
Pragmatic, hands‐on approach with strong planning and execution capabilities.
