In bocca al lupo We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Branch Coordinator to join our Roma, QLD team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong administration background who is looking for their next career challenge in a fast‐paced operational environment. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating branch operations, ensuring the effective alignment of people, parts, and scheduling to support safe, efficient, and high‐quality service delivery. You will play a key role in driving branch performance through strong administration, planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination. Key Responsibilities Execute all administration duties for the branch Raise customer service orders and manage purchase orders in accordance with business processes. Invoice customer service orders and ensure all costs are captured before billing. Plan and schedule travel, accommodation, and mobilisation for technicians.



Facilitate training, timesheet entry, and maintain registers. Ensure parts are available ahead of execution start dates. Attend planning and coordinating meetings and provide updates to various trackers and registers. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective coordination. Perform weekly cycle reviews and complete monthly reporting. Provide coordination and administrative support to the branch and assist with technician requests. Occasional travel may be required to client sites and Enerflex facilities. A standard 38‐hour work week, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime as required. About you Experience in a similar coordination or administration role (essential) Strong planning, scheduling, and organisational skills (preferred) High attention to detail with strong compliance focus Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities
