People Manager Coordinator We are currently looking for a People Manager Coordinator that will support the IT division in Italy in the management of the consultants across the Italian Country. As a People Manager Coordinator you will be responsible for the following activities Onboarding: coordinating with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure new hirings have all the necessary tools and information for the first day. Managing the pre‐onboarding and onboarding of new hirings Follow‐ups: collecting consultants' needs, requests and expectations in order to ensure their well‐being, also by collaborating with all necessary support departments. You will also evaluate, define and agree upon the professional development of each consultant Organization: you will be responsible for ensuring that business units are appropriately staffed in terms of quantity and quality of technical profiles; this includes responsibilities related to changes and transfers between projects What we are looking for You are the perfect match if: You have a degree, preferably in Psychology, Business
