Associate HR Business Partner Overview In this role you will support and guide less experienced HR teammates in daily operations while advancing the HR function through funded training programs. You will work with line management and senior HR colleagues to implement local and global HR initiatives and ensure compliance. You help manage onboarding, recruitment support, and employee relations across assigned areas, delivering learning programs and reporting insights. The position is Milan-based, offering exposure to change management during restructures and mergers within a global life sciences context. Responsibilities Provide guidance to junior HR team members on operational tasks Manage external training funds and end-to-end administration, budgeting and reporting Support L&D; delivery,
including coordinating programs and delivering sessions Assist with new employee orientation and onboarding activities Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and Finance PSC Support line managers on recruitment and selection as needed Act as first point of contact for HR queries and issues Contribute to HR initiatives and change management efforts during reorganizations or mergers Prepare reports and analyses for senior management Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and HR policies Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 1 year HR experience (generalist or mixed role) Equivalent combination of education, training and experience Knowledge of local employment legislation Experience in training & development and training funds Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and HRIS Good problem‐solving, judgement and decision‐making skills Strong verbal and written communication skills High discretion and confidentiality Attention to detail Ability to multi‐task, prioritize and plan Ability to establish effective working relationships Professional H
