Your Role We are looking for an Operations Quality Specialist with a specialization in Electronics to support the problem-solving process for manufacturing process related issues.



You will be the transversal reference for all electronic quality topics within our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for ensuring and constantly improving the quality of our operational processes and final products.
Your Impact
- Lead the problem-solving process for electronic and software issues in assembly line.
- Lead the failure analysis on electronic boards and components returned from the field or failing during production, identifying the root cause for non-conformities using structured methodologies (e.G., 8D, 5 Whys, FMEA).
- Develop, implement, and monitor the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage non-conformities related to electronic parts, coordinating containment and corrective actions.
- Implement quality standards, procedures, and control systems.
- Conduct internal process audits to verify compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze production data
