This role involves providing outstanding customer service to Italian‐speaking Netflix subscribers while benefiting from paid relocation support to Greece. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer support to Italian‐speaking Netflix users via phone, email, and chat Assist customers with account management, troubleshooting streaming issues, and explaining Netflix features and offerings Manage and resolve customer inquiries promptly to ensure a positive viewing experience Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction Stay updated on Netflix product updates, policies,
