Experteer OverviewAs a Junior Data Engineer in the Street Pricing Motor Unit, you will build and maintain ETL pipelines in a Big Data environment to ensure reliable data infrastructure. You will develop reports to analyze performance metrics for the Motor Line of Business and implement data quality checks to safeguard data accuracy. The role supports cross-functional data initiatives and contributes to the unit's data-driven decision making. This is a hands‐on opportunity to grow in cloud-based data engineering while aligning with Allianz's mission of inclusive, responsible, and forward‐looking practices. You will work with a collaborative team to shape data solutions that scale with business needs.

Develop and update reports to analyze Motor LoB performance metrics
Implement data quality checks to ensure data accuracy and reliability
Responsabilità Bachelor in Computer Science
1–2 years in Data Analytics/Reporting or Data Engineer/Scientist roles
SQL, Python with Big Data libraries (PySpark, Pandas, NumPy)
Cloud platforms experience (Microsoft Azure or similar)
Knowledge of Azure Synapse Analytics is a plus
Knowledge of orchestration tools (Apache Airflow or similar) is a plus
Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Proactive, innovative mindset and curiosity
Strong English and Italian (written and spoken)
