Key Responsibilities
Handle all the design aspects of Drivetrain Component across the whole lifecycle:
Concept development, feasibility study and design analysis of new products;
Review and support product design and contribute in validation activities (definition of test and/or validation programs);




Analyze and support application process and approval;
handle prototype, production release and implementation
Manage the technical communication with the customer, in agreement with Sales and Program Management
Support the optimization of current product ranges and the development of future engineering designs. Experience/knowledge in material engineering will be a plus.
Work in cooperation with other functions, suppliers, plant personnel and others to implement cost reduction, methods, process and product improvements
Contribute actively in the identification of new solutions to solve current or future customer needs.
Competencies and Behaviors
Foreign languages:
English, upper intermediate (B2) level as minimum for both spoken and written. Others language will be appreciated.
IT skills .
High computer's skills in Windows OS, Microsoft Office suite and internet.
Knowledge of CAD Tool (Creo), CAE (Abaqus, Romax, Adams or
