About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Mid-Level Engineering Recruiter to join our Milan team and take ownership of complex, high-volume recruitment mandates within the outsourcing and staff augmentation space. You'll act as a trusted talent partner to both our clients and candidates, managing full-cycle recruitment for engineering profiles while contributing to the growth of our Italian operations.

What You'll Do
Own end-to-end recruitment processes for mid-to-senior engineering roles across disciplines including mechanical, civil, industrial, electrical, and project engineering.
Proactively source, headhunt, and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and industry events.
Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess technical competencies, career motivations, and suitability for outsourcing or staff augmentation models.
Build and manage a high-quality, continuously evolving pipeline of engineering talent for both immediate and future client needs.
Act as a key point of contact for hiring managers and client stakeholders, translating technical r
