As we continue to grow, we are looking for dedicated and experienced professionals to join our Maintenance team in the roles of Maintenance Manager and Assistant Maintenance Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for hands-on, technically skilled individuals who take pride in ensuring that our properties, facilities, and building systems operate safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Maintenance Manager As Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of all maintenance activities,



including both in-house and contracted works. You will lead the maintenance function, ensure operational efficiency, and work closely with Heads of Departments and management to minimise disruptions and maintain excellent standards across our properties. Key Responsibilities - Oversee and manage all maintenance operations, including in-house teams and contracted service providers. - Ensure the smooth operation of all contracted maintenance services, proactively adjusting schedules and priorities as required. - Develop and implement detailed plans, timelines, and schedules for maintenance projects. - Provide clear direction, instructions, and guidance to maintenance teams. - Regularly report on the progress of maintenance projects and communicate any operational impacts to Heads of Departments and management. - Authorise purchase orders and invoices for materials and services. - Evaluate
