Position: Customer Service Internship Italy – South Europe Customer Service / Supply Chain team. Focus: Italian market.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end order management (order to cash process) through company systems (SAP ATLAS and local tools), including related returns, refusals, and credit notes.
- Ensure order delivery as per customer requests by addressing day-to-day issues with customers, sales, and third‐party logistics providers (delays, missing products, wrong/late documents).
- Ensure accurate and timely period and year‐end closing activities.
- Manage the relationship with external customers, sales, and third‐party logistics providers on order status and service‐level KPIs.
- Run periodic performance analysis on supply‐chain KPIs, identify root causes and define corrective actions.
- Align with different functions within Supply Chain (planning, logistics)
as well as in the rest of the organization (sales, finance) and beyond (customers, external vendors).
Competencies
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in economics or equivalent.
- Good use of Excel and good knowledge of SAP.
- Precision and analytical skills.
- Speed of execution, flexibility, and ability to define priorities in situations of uncertainty.
- Ability to build trust‐based relationships.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Italian – mother tongue.
- English – full working knowledge.
Duration and Benefits
Employment Type: Internship – 6 months (Full‐time).
The expense reimbursement for this internship is 900 EUR gross for a full‐time position.
