Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
Exceed sales and profitability targets.
Deliver sales and profitability through key metrics: sales, conversion, and units per transaction.
Deploy resources to match skill/experience and customer requirements.
Adopt tools and processes to improve employee efficiency and increase productivity.
Understand and support budgetary requirements to increase store profitability.
Manage and maintain a safe working environment for customers and employees.
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health & safety and employment legislation.
Partner with the operations manager and implement action plans to minimize shrink and improve store compliance.
Lead and inspire the team to deliver results by driving the RL Selling Culture.
Communicate, engage, and energize the team to maximize performance service metrics such as employee survey and forecast result
