For our projects within the Apple Developer Academy program worldwide, imaginary institute is looking for highly motivated and diverse talent to join the team.
Candidates are required to work in a highly dynamic, fast-paced, and flexible environment and collaborate within our international and trans-disciplinary team that creates and facilitates the learning experience of the Apple Developer Academy Program and associated Apple Foundation Programs based on the Challenge Based Learning framework across multiple locations in the world. The position requires general experience education, coaching or corporate training and ideally some exposure to the field of app development for iOS, visionOS, watchOS, iPadOS, tvOS or MacOS and knowledge of the Apple technology ecosystem. Ideal candidates provide extensive experience in mentoring individuals and groups, coaching professionals and teams with diverse backgrounds. The candidate will be involved in creating training materials,



documentation and instructional information based on the Challenge Based Learning framework, embedded in pedagogical principles and techniques derived from learning or cognitive sciences. In addition the candidate will be involved in remote and in person training interventions with diverse pedagogical teams across to world to consult, guide and support team efforts towards delivering world class learning experiences.
Creating training materials and conducting train the trainer activities
Providing pedagogical consulting for the implementation of the Challenge Based Learning framework
Developing and maintaining training materials for educator onboarding
Providing pedagogical guidance and support for trainers in their educational programs
Providing pedagogical consultancy on curriculum design, learning experience design
Developing insights based on systematic data collection within educational programs
Reviewing learning experience
