The Business Development Engineer (BDE) serves as the technical and commercial liaison between customers, engineering, and the field sales teams. This role supports the promotion and sale of electronic interconnect solutions from Amphenol Aerospace used in harsh environment, military and aerospace applications. The BDE provides technical expertise, product recommendations, application support, and design-in assistance to help customers successfully integrate Amphenol Aerospace products into their systems. Duties and Responsibilities Provide technical expertise on connectors, cable assemblies, and related electronic components Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, integrators, and distribution partners Assist customers with product selection, system integration, troubleshooting,



and application design Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts, and project pipelines on business sold directly, through subcontractors, or by way of distribution which will be reported to relevant parties of interest on a recurring basis Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for customers and channel partners Identify and pursue new business opportunities and design wins within assigned accounts and territories Review customer specifications, drawings, and technical requirements to recommend appropriate solutions Participate in trade shows, industry conferences, and customer visits Education/Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, mechanical engineering, or related technical field At least 5 years of experience in field applications engineering, xrdztoy technical sales, or electronic component sales Knowledg
