The Role Designed For You
Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, you will be part of our Inside Sales Team, based in Milan. You will play a key role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives, focusing on increasing our existing accounts and acquiring new business.
You will make outbound calls to identify new opportunities, reach sales targets, understand clients' needs and offer the most suitable solutions.




You will grow business with the existing accounts assigned to you (both small and medium players).
You will build long‐term relationships with new and existing customers based on trust, becoming their point of reference for any queries regarding products.
You will actively search and qualify new leads (e.g. call dormant accounts, obtain leads from vendors, references, agents, web searches).
You will communicate to clients the launch of new products and illustrate product characteristics highlighting its competitive advantage.
You will prepare product offers/quotes and finalize sales.
You will actively up‐sell / cross‐sell.
You will enter and manage orders up to dispatch (SAP).
You will engage with agents when a client requests an in‐person visit or if you encounter a large opportunity for them to pursue.
