In this role, you will ensure successful delivery of Group IT services to local business entities, coordinating across production sites in Italy. You will travel frequently to oversee service delivery, collaborate with vendors and support teams, and implement Group IT solutions for local needs. You will drive IT projects, maintain up-to-date process documentation, and identify improvements to enhance service quality. As a trusted advisor, you will guide employees on IT solutions and security best practices while working with regional and global IT teams. Retribuzione / Benefits Ensure delivery of Group IT services and solutions to local entities Travel to multiple sites in Italy to support operations Collaborate with vendors and support teams on technical issues Act as local point of contact for the factory for IT matters Participate in IT project delivery within scope, time,
and budget Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, systems, and procedures Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices Advise employees on Group IT solutions and security best practices Responsabilità Experience in Production Environments, OT, Manufacturing PCs Strong customer focus and business orientation Ability to work independently and in a team Analytical problem‐solving in complex environments Excellent verbal and written communication; adapt to audience Willingness to learn new technologies and processes Project engineering mindset with ownership of tasks Solid understanding of IT infrastructure services: network, xrdztoy server hosting, cloud, PC support Experience with O365 service delivery Knowledge of AI essentials and ability to assist with prompts and AI agents Experience with ServiceNow English fluency essential; local language proficiency ITIL knowledge; ITIL certification desir
