Experteer Overview As a Web Software Engineer, you contribute to evolving E.ON's web channels with a focus on the AEM platform. You will build modern interfaces, integrate with enterprise systems, and collaborate across UX, marketing, and business teams, including Group stakeholders. You’ll lead end-to-end delivery and coordinate external vendors to ensure alignment with design standards. The role sits at the core of E.ON’s digital strategy, enabling better customer engagement and omnichannel experiences. You’ll impact digital journeys, personalization, and the efficiency of online interactions.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Front-end development and component creation using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React
- Configure and evolve AEM-based solutions and ensure architectural consistency
- Integrate REST APIs and work with backend systems and enterprise services
- Collaborate with UX, marketing,



and business teams;
align with Group stakeholders
- Lead external vendors, coordinate activities, and monitor delivery quality
- Ensure code quality through testing, standards, and reviews
- Improve online sales funnel and support omnichannel app–web integration
- Participate in agile ceremonies and continuous improvement of processes

Responsabilità
- 2–5 years web development experience
- Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge
- Experience with React (or similar frameworks)
- Experience integrating REST APIs
- Basic Java knowledge and AEM familiarity
- Git usage and Agile methodology
- English required for international collaboration
