Experteer Overview As Associate Director, you shape strategic legal and compliance guidance across development, commercialization, and lifecycle planning for human and animal health products. You will partner with internal clients to enable business goals while upholding the highest standards of legality and ethics. You'll influence cross‐functional teams on product launches, regulatory and market access strategies, and compliance initiatives. - Partner with internal clients on business activities including product launches, clinical research, regulatory, pricing and reimbursement, and commercialization
- Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts (procurement, distribution, marketing)
- Advise on market access, compliance, privacy, and regulatory matters
- Oversee outside counsels for complex documents and ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead internal compliance initiatives and audits, uphold Ethic Code




- Collaborate with global Legal & Compliance teams and participate in cross‐functional product teams
- Develop expertise in multiple country laws and in at least one other specialized legal area

Responsabilità
- Law degree
- Minimum 5 years post‐qualification experience (in‐house or law firm)
- Strong expertise in at least two areas of law (e.g., Commercial & Contract Law, Compliance, ABAC, Data Privacy, Administrative Law, Litigation) xrdztoy
- Experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical sectors and exposure to commercial operations, regulatory affairs, clinical research, and interactions with healthcare professionals
- Qualified lawyer with Italian Bar admission and license to practice in Italy
