The Technical Implementation Manager will lead internal and external Solution Engineers belonging to the Global Technical Hub, ensuring resource availability to execute the successful configuration and customization during the implementation phase of our solution (PLM: Kubix Link), for our customers worldwide.



Reporting to the VP Customer Success Kubix Link, the role emphasizes team empowerment, alignment with business priorities and focus on delivering tailored and high‐quality solutions to customers in a fast‐paced environment. The manager operates in close alignment with functional delivery leadership, ensuring that technical execution consistently supports their objectives, customer priorities, and overall delivery commitments. The role is accountable for ensuring that technical execution is fully driven by project delivery priorities and customer requirements, translating them into reliable, scalable, and high‐quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop internal technical teams and manage external contractors globally.
Identify training paths and implement buddy programs to foster knowledge‐sharing and team growth.
