Plug and Play Tech Center is seeking a Program Manager to support the DualTech by Takeoff Acceleration Program in Turin, Italy. The role involves managing relationships with NATO DIANA, the Italian Ministry of Defence, and dual‑use startups, and executing the program timeline and related marketing activities.
Duties and responsibilities

- Run and continuously improve the DualTech by Takeoff program, taking into account financial and timeline constraints.
- Manage a small team of up to two people.
- Be responsible for formal reporting on program activities and KPIs.
- Build and manage strong relationships with mentors, investors, and corporate partners and leverage the local dual‑use ecosystem to create opportunities and growth for dual‑use companies.
- Act as a mentor for startups, helping teams mature and succeed within the program.
- Oversee the organisation of small and medium size events such as kickoff events, local demo day, roundtables and “speed‑dating” sessions.

Requirements

- Fluent in English and Italian.
- 4 years of working experience.




- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel at least twice a year.
- High knowledge and ability to use various computer tools (G‑suite, Zoom, Eventbrite, Keynote).
- Ability to work in a small and dynamic team.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Rigor in work & reactivity.
- Startup and entrepreneurial affinity.
